What your favourite colour says about you – I’m Yellow

30 Aug

I came across this picture from the LMNOP blog with the title ‘What does your favourite colour say about you’ and so decided to do some posts on people’s favourite colours… starting with mine of course…

Yellow

The color of happiness, wisdom, and imagination, Yellow is chosen by the mentally adventurous, searching for novelty and self-fulfillment. Yellow usually goes with a sunny and shrewd personality, with a good business head and a strong sense of humor. It is the color of intellectuality and all things to do with the mind. Yellow folks are usually clear and precise thinkers who have a good opinion of their own mental capacities and who have lofty ideals. They may at times tend to shun responsibility, preferring freedom of thought and action (Colour description via Devine Caroline )

Love this play mat for one times very lucky baby

how cute is this little dress… wonder if they make them in bigger sizes for this mamma?

How awesome would these stairs be in my home! (Image from Tumblr)

I kid you not, we had a yellow front door as bright as this one from The Inspired Room when I was growing up. I wonder whose to blame for my love of bright colours!
